Shunts

Serve for the electrical connection of the moving elements of the current collector.

They are made of «PShch-6» copper wire. Along the edges, there is an end terminal with holes for M10 bolt (1600 and 1400), M8 bolt (800 and 600). Shunts are installed in sections: four shunts (between the upper frame and the runner), two shunts (between the upper frame and the carriage), two shunts (between the upper and lower frame), and two shunts (between the lower frame and the base)

Rod

The rod assembly (assembling carriage) is designed for the montage a current collector on it.

It includes a 42x4 mm duralumin base, at the edges of which a plunger lever carriage is installed, which provides the elastodynamic properties of the runner in a vertical plane when it slides along the contact wire.

Carriage

The holder (the plunger lever carriage) is designed for the elastic connection of the runner with the current collector of the electric rolling stock.

The carriage is used on current collectors of type TL 13, TL 14 of all modifications, current collectors of all TA series produced by SET.

Air spring reel

The constituent element of the lifting-lowering mechanism is served to transfer the lifting force from the air spring assembly to the bottom frame of the current collector.

It is used on asymmetric current collectors of light and heavy types, intended for electric rolling stock, AC and DC main railways.

It consists of a soft stainless steel cable DIN 3060 (GOST 3070-88) with a loop, an eyelet, and an end terminal. Two cables are attached to one air spring

Tubular bevel

It serves for installation on the runner to ensure smooth entry of the contact wire on the working surface of the runner on the arrows of the contact network.

Made of steel pipe with a protective anti-corrosion coating. Two steel plates with holes are welded to the ends of the pipe for fastening to the carcass of the runner.

Current collector frame (in the set)

It is used on asymmetric current collectors of light and heavy types, intended for electric rolling stock, AC and DC main railways.

The cradle of current collector frame is generally intended to the vertical displacement of the top roll in the operating region.

Designed for vertical movement of the top node in the working range and made of pipes and parts of aluminum alloy AMg6. Consists of: pipes, reinforced with linings; cross member, on which the node is installed upper current collector; a mechanism, which serves for the swiveling with the frame and the rod on the other side.

Air spring

The air spring consists of a rubber-cord corps and can be of two types: two-section and three-section. It includes a Z-shaped mechanism that provides a movement in the same plane. It is possible to install a pneumatic fitting.

Carbon-graphite insert

Contact carbon inserts set on the carcass of the runner. Inserts directly spend current collecting from the contact wire.

Contacts

Contacts are destined for assembling electrical devices of high-speed switches and contactors. They are used in electric rolling stock of the main and urban ERS, also in traction substations and in non-traction power supply systems.

Details are manufactured from the powder cooper by the extrusion technique, excluding a porosity and voids.
